As you must know Campbell University fall 2023 semester is coming to an end. Some students are graduating this December, and most are getting prepared for their Christmas and Thanksgiving breaks. Both are very exciting since our students have dedicated themselves to their future. However, getting down to the last few weeks is when things usually start to get challenging for most students. I’ve talked to several students about how they felt before the break versus how they feel now. Students are faced with final exams, papers, projects, and even internships that they must pass and get done before they can finally say they are free before the spring 2024 semester.
I’ve spoken with Kailey Elliot who is a student-athlete here at Campbell University, and she states “I am very excited for the break from doing assignments and can now dedicate the next few weeks to getting better at my sport and looking at what I would like my future to be like for the upcoming semester”. As a Campbell Alumni who is still participating in track and field due to having an extra year, I can completely agree with Kailey. When the semester ends, things can start to get hectic and everything seems to be moving at a very fast pace but it feels so much better when things are at peace and I can spend time with family, friends, and teammates.
