On October 3rd, 2012, politics filled the air at Campbell University as students watched the Presidential National Debate on that cool Wednesday night. Both the Campbell College Democrats and Republicans hosted their own watch parties to stir up the tension already present.
Dr. Sal Mercogliano headed the Republican watch party, which had a head count of about 35 people. Ronald Rabin and his wife attended in support of the Republicans. The Democratic watch party was headed by Louis Duke, a sophomore here at Campbell. There was a turnout of about 63 people there to support. Now comes the conversation starter. Who do you think dominated the debate? Romney or Obama?
