Welcome to another week here at Campbell University ! I am here to give you another token to remember as you go forward in your week. You have made it to Tuesday which means you are one step closer to the weekend. Congratulations you made it past Monday !
The Tip on this Tuesday is to take naps ! Yes I said it take naps. Everyone is working and studying but your body can’t run if its running off of nothing. You need that time to give your mind a chance to reboot and refresh.Once you wake up from that nap you will feel like a whole new person. Remember a nap is only 30 minutes to and hour. Once you go past that time you have officially went to sleep.
