The Campbell Hispanic Assocation had a booth for Valentine’s Day which they raised money for their organization, where they handed out traditional Hispanic baked bread known as “conchas” meaning seashells and some hot chocolate to pair it with. The food is considered a comfort meal during times of relaxation with family and loved ones and also for any other important occasion in someone’s life. The experience of sharing food with someone is a universal way of showing love. Sharing a hot chocolate con pan with anyone is sure to keep one warm and fuzzy!
